| Your
puppy is in great health. It has had shots and worming appropriate
for it’s age. Even though we make every effort to breed healthy,
defect-free puppies, there is always the possibility of two healthy parents
having puppies with a genetic defect. So if your puppy is later found
to have a genetic problem that would prevent this animal from being certified
by the Orthopedic Foundation, Inc. (OFA) or the Canine Eye Registration
Foundation (CERF), Red Hills Farm will replace your dog with a puppy of
equal value. This guarantee is good for 30 months. The original dog
will need to be returned with papers or proof that it was put to sleep.
However, if you have become attached to your dog, it is not necessary to
have them put to sleep -- we will refund you half of the money you paid
for your puppy if you provide proof of dysplasia or eye defect and the
dog has been spayed /neutered in order to prevent this from being passed
on.
This guarantee applies to congenital, hereditary defects only. Any physical injury voids the guarantee. Also, if the dog has been bred or transferred to another owner, this guarantee is void. |
